Ki Kya Terms & Conditions – Complete User Guidelines

1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions (referred to herein as "Terms") govern your relationship with the Ki Kya platform (kikya.biz) and its app. By registering an account, participating in any game, using a bonus, or accessing any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Ki Kya wants every player to know their rights. That's why we've written these terms in plain, accessible language — free of legal jargon so everyone can understand them.

Ki Kya operates under an international license. These Terms and Conditions apply at all times and may be updated periodically. For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email or through an in-app notification.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use Ki Kya's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be acting on your own behalf — operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Ki Kya's services must be legally applicable in your country or region of residence.
• You must be of sound mind and fully capable of taking responsibility for your actions.
• Only one account may be registered per person.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Information Provided at Registration

When registering on Ki Kya, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email must all be truthful, as they will be verified during identity checks.

3.2 Password & Security

Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. Ki Kya will never ask you for your password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Holding more than one account is strictly prohibited. Ki Kya's system automatically detects duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

Deposits on Ki Kya can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are usually instant, though banking delays may occasionally extend processing to up to 30 minutes.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Most Ki Kya withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes.

• Full KYC verification is required on your account before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Ki Kya may temporarily suspend withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on Ki Kya are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Ki Kya is not liable for any losses resulting from currency exchange rates.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ki Kya offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. Ki Kya's standard maximum wagering requirement is 3x.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

• Multiple bonuses: Generally, only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Abuse: If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

6.2 Sports Betting

All accepted bets in live betting are final. If a bet is voided due to a technical error or network issue, the stake will be refunded. Ki Kya reserves the right to adjust odds.

6.3 Live Casino

If you lose connection during a live game, Ki Kya's system saves the result of that round. You will be able to view the outcome once you reconnect. Bets cannot be changed while a round is in progress.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a technical error is detected in any game, Ki Kya reserves the right to void the result. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Ki Kya. Violations may result in account closure and legal action:

• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Depositing money obtained through money laundering or other illegal means.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Playing games using hacking, bots, or automated software.
• Managing multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Attempting unauthorized access to Ki Kya's systems.
• Assisting minors in accessing Ki Kya.

8. Responsible Gaming

Ki Kya believes gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income. We want every player to enjoy the experience within healthy limits.

10. Account Suspension or Closure

Ki Kya may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.

11. Limitation of Liability

Ki Kya is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from your internet connection being interrupted.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, server attacks, etc.).

Ki Kya always makes every effort to resolve technical issues promptly and provides reasonable compensation to affected players.

12. Changes to Terms
